If you’re heading out into the mountains for multiple days, it’s crucial to pack the right gear and keep in mind that you’ll be lugging it around all day long! Therefore, it’s important to bring only the most essential items. Leave the book behind and opt for just a few printed pages (chances are you’ll be too tired to read anyway). One pair of dry socks is truly enough. Opt for travel-sized toiletries, etc.
Below, you’ll find one list for wild camping and another list for a hut-to-hut hike.
